IAIK Jar Stripper

Occasionaly we develop some tools for our own use that might also be of any interest to you. At present, there is just one but this might change in the future!

JarStripper is a programme that allows you to determine dependencies between Java class files automatically. It allows a developer to find out which classes from a large library like IAIK JCE are needed to run an application.

You tell the JarStripper the name of your main class(es) and it automatically computes which classes from the libraries are required. It examines the compiled class files, the source of your application or the libraries are not required. It also takes into account most common cases of classes that are loaded dynamically via the class literal or Class.forName().

What does IAIK Jar-Stripper cost?

While there is no such thing as a free lunch, Jar-Stripper is provided for you absolutely free!
