AW: [iaik-ssl] Session Manager question

Hello,

yes, the client supplies null as sessionID when calling getSession. (The
client does not know the sessionID. It queries the SessionManager to find a
session hold with some specific server. It then can use the sessionID og
this session for suggesting it the server for resuming.

Betreff: [iaik-ssl] Session Manager question

Hello.
Is there a situation in which
   SessionManager.getSession(SSLTransport t, Object sessionID)
is ever called by the server with sessionID == null?
In other words, can I depend on sessionID being null if and only if the
client calls it? (my code needs a way to determing whether it's on the
client or server side).
Thanks!
