It its simplest form, a request will consist of the requestors subject name
and public key, signed by the requestors private key. So, as a sample you
simply may take a createCertificate method of one of the demo sources and
suppy subject and public key parsed from the request (after having verified
the signature of the request). Of course, all has to be done in accordance
to your CA policy. If there are attributes included in the request (e.g. an
email address may be given as attribute), again your policy will decide on
how processing any included attributes.
