The setupCipher method of class EncryptedContentInfo only provides a way for
setting up the content encryption cipher from outside class
EnvelopedData(Stream). This may be useful if you want to create the content
encryption key (e.g. by using a spcific key length) by yourself or when
dealing with an algorithm that requires a particular parameter encoding.
However, there is no support for native encryption. You may write your own
provider for doing this.
