If I understand your question correctly it is not specific to TripleDES
but you want a padding scheme that pads with zeros only.

If that is the case the answer is that we do not implement that, you
would have to do that yourself. However, you will run into problems doing
the unpadding at decryption as the padding length is not encoded
anywhere.
