1. About the different licenses you can purchase from us:
Developer licenses
You will need developer licenses in relation to the number of developers working with your application. 1 developer = 1 single developer license, 2 developers = 1 single developer license + 1 additional license etc. There is also the option of buying an unlimited developer license, when you can have as many developers as you wish. Server and Runtime licenses
In short you need these licenses if you plan to redistribute the application where IAIK products have been used. If the application is run on a server you will need server license(s). If it is run on PC(-s) you will need runtime license(s). There again is the option of buying unlimited server and/or runtime licenses, when you don't have to calculate the number of servers / PC (-s).

Support points
Support system is available for all our clients who own a toolkit license within the download period of one year. Support is given on email basis by the developers of IAIK software. It is calculated using support points. Please read all information regarding support

2.Download period and license renewal (or maintenance)
The software licenses enable you to download free versions of updates for one year. This means that during the one year period you can download any updates to the product for free and take part in our support programme. After the period of one year,you can prolong the download period (i.e. buy maintenance). For this renewal we grant you a renewal discount. If the renewal is done at the latest 2 months after the end of the download period, you will receive 25% reduction. If you do not wish to prolong, you are still allowed to use the downloaded versions as long as you wish.
3. JCE is required in any purchase.
Please always order IAIK JCE basic license with any other crypto software toolkits.
All our toolkits have been built as 'add-ons' to the JCE library and most of them require JCE for their functionality. Therefore our licensing system also requires to purchase at least one JCE single developer license (or JCE unlimited developer license). Please see this link for

4. XSECT is required when purchasing XAdES.
When you would like to purchase our XAdES library, please notice that it needs XSECT for its functionality and you also have to purchase XSECT library. Please see

5. REDUCTIONS!

With Single Developer Licenses:
In case you order 3 or more single developer license add-ons, you will receive an additional discount of 50% valid for the 3rd and further add-ons!
- On the purchase of license renewal (maintenance) for the second year you will receive a 25% discount, if you do this at the latest 2 months after the end of the license period.
6. FOR FREE!
- With Single Developer Licenses:The first single developer toolkit license includes 10 runtime licenses, 1 server license, and 20 support points valid for the silver support programme! Additional toolkit licenses include 5 runtime licenses and 5 support points each!
- With Unlimited Developer Licenses: There are unlimited runtime and server licenses included , and also 100 support points valid for the silver support programme; also a copy of the source code for inspection purposes only (no rights are transferred in this way).
