[iaik-ssl] SSL connection failure

After creating "x" number of posts, my protocol handler won't initiate the
SSL handshake.  To test this I kicked off events until the handler didn't
create a session again.  There was a different number of events that posted
successfully until it failed to initiate each time I tested.  Has anyone
seen this behavior?
