You must enable a proper Cipher Suite and supply certificates and keys as
described in http://jcewww.iaik.at/iSaSiLk/doc/certs.htm.
If you want to use DSA from another provider you may subclass the IAIK
Provider and override the corresponding methods or you may write your own
Security Provider as described in
http://jcewww.iaik.at/iSaSiLk/doc/provider.html. Note that you may need to
supply a DSA implementation allowing to feed in the already calculated hash
value. (this links apply to iSaSiLk 3.0 which is the most recent version;
the manual is not up to date)
