[iaik-ssl] new iaik beta 2, and v.2 client hello

Hi-

I need my iSaSilk client to send only a v.3 hello... our server does not
understand v.2 client hellos, and resets the connection.  This was not a
problem with the old beta/version, since it only sent v.3 hellos... please
tell me there's a way to force a version 3 hello by the client?
