I am not sure what you are trying to do. If a connection is established
using an abreviated session cached handshake the ciphersuite list sent is
irrelevant, the ciphersuite from the previous session will always be

If a full handshake is done the server will select a ciphersuite from the
list offered by the client, usually in client preference order. To force
a full handshake when using iSaSiLk you have to either disable session
caching or call invalidate() on the session object.
