Re: [iaik-ssl] JSSE API

I searched again and found it at
ftp://ftp.replay.com/pub/crypto/crypto/LIBS/java/ (thanks to whoever
exported it).

After a first look I am not too impressed by it but we are of course
interested in providing standard compliant APIs for all our products. For
backwards compatibility and because the JSSE API does not support all the
features of our API we will continue to support our own API as the
primary interface and will additionally provide a JSSE compatible API in
the future.

When this will happen depends too a large part on JavaSoft's timetable,
in particular when they decide freeze the API and move from early access
to beta.

As we did not have the chance to have a look at it yet, we can't say at
this
time.
