[iaik-jce] C code to decrypt DES output from JCE

We are encrypting a file using 3DES and the related Java class/code in the JCE toolkit.
We need to decrypt that code on a machine that (sic) does not have Java.
Could anyone help with a piece of C or C++ code that would do that.
We are not looking for 3DES code per se but code that understands the format of the 3DES output
Thanks to all
