Service Conditions
- Only customers with a valid toolkit license are eligible to buy support.
- Support is managed by using support points. These come in packs of 100 points.
- Remaining points will be stored and can be used later on (anytime as long as you have a valid toolkit license).
- Should we be unable to meet the guaranteed response time, you will not only not be charged for the support, but will receive a bonus equivalent to the minimum fee we would have charged.
- Under response time we understand that one of our support team members either answers your request or starts working on your question (sending an appropriate confirmation message back).
- Bugs: no fees are charged for bug reports.
- Free support points that come with a particular IAIK product are only valid during the license period of the product and are only applicable towards support questions concerning that specific product.
